The packing assembly is a critical sealing component in the fluid end of a fracturing pump. Installed within the packing housing, it provides a dynamic seal around the plunger under high‑pressure, high‑wear conditions, preventing fracturing fluid leakage while also blocking external contaminants from entering the fluid end.
