1. Flexible Dual Flow Direction Options


Two flow configurations meet most manifold layout requirements: 

  • Standard Flow Direction: Union connection in front / valve body at the rear

  • Reverse Flow Direction: Threaded connection in front / valve body at the rear

 

2. Upgraded Forging Process

 

  • Valve body is made of 42CrMo alloy steel with strict quenching + high-temperature tempering treatment, achieving high strength, toughness, and fatigue resistance.

  • Valve plate is made of ZG2Cr13, quenched and tempered for enhanced hardness, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance.
